The round was led by Wireframe Ventures, Crosslink Capital and NextView Ventures.
Led by CEO Rafid Fadul, Zivian Health is a SAAS platform for healthcare organizations to connect practitioners (NPs) and physician assistants (PAs) with vetted collaborating physicians and manage compliance. It works to make clinical collaborations more productive via a secure platform, regulatory expertise and an empowering clinical community.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate expansion of its collaboration platform to any healthcare organization that connects NPs and PAs to physicians, creating a collaboration audit trail and an outsourced compliance and workforce management system to all 50 states across the U.S.
