Apex, a Lisbon, Portugal-based athlete-driven investment firm, launched its new €50m Elite Performance Fund.
This investment vehicle aims to leverage the expertise and vision of athletes such as Formula 1 drivers Valtteri Bottas, Lando Norris and Carlos Sainz international footballers Christian Eriksen, Daley Blind, and Raphaël Varane, and surfer Kanoa Igarashi, to back innovative solutions that redefine the boundaries of the sports, media, and entertainment industries.
Led by CEO António Caçorino, Apex has already invested in other elite sports ventures such as TMRW SPORTS.
