BV Investment Partners, a Boston, MA-based private equity firm focused on the tech-enabled business services, software and IT services sectors, closed BV Investment Partners Fund XI, at $1.75 Billion.

Fund XI’s investor base included a broad range of global sovereign wealth funds, foundations, public and corporate pension plans, financial institutions, family offices and individual investors, including management of portfolio companies.

Consistent with its predecessor funds, the new vehicle will continue BV’s proven strategy of investing alongside founders, management, and families to grow businesses.

The fund has committed to seven platform investments to date. Since its founding in 1983, the firm has generated over $9.8 billion of total value and invested in 117 platform companies across 11 funds. BV raised Fund X in 2020 with $1.1 billion of commitments.
