The round was led by Craft Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its forensic watermarking technologies across formats and workloads.
Led by Troy Batterberry, Founder and CEO, EchoMark is an information protection SaaS(Software-as-a-Service) company that is pioneering a new standard for information protection. Its AI-powered, patent-pending solution embeds personalized forensic watermarks in documents and emails, safeguarding private communications while promoting internal stewardship to deter leaks.
Organizations, including the global auction house Christie’s, use it to protect and enhance their private communications.
