Harvest Integrated Research Organization (HiRO), a Singapore-based clinical research organization (CRO), acquired Courante Oncology, an Excelsior, MN-based clinical research provider specializing in oncology product development.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, HiRO will further its capabilities in managing global studies and extending its presence into the US market.
Led by President Sheri Smith, Courante Oncology is a clinical research provider specializing in oncology product development offering a broad range of clinical trial management and support services to the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, including project management, clinical site monitoring, quality assurance, and medical writing services. The company’s expertise spans all aspects of phase 1-3 clinical trials, ranging from initial feasibility studies and protocol development to site monitoring and closeout visits.
