VideoAmp, a Los Angeles, CA- and NYC-based adtech company providing measurement, data and software solutions, raised $150M in Series G funding.

The round was led by Vista Credit Partners.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its growth and ability to empower content owners, advertisers and their media agencies with an advanced media currency solution.

VideoAmp is an adtech company which leverages currency-grade, big data to offer data and software solutions that allow clients to access audiences and real-time insights to plan, optimize and measure media investments across platforms. Its data methodology joins various inputs like Set-Top Box data (STB) with Smart TV data from ACR providers, which undergo ingestion, cleansing, deduplicating and weighting processes to create a larger, more accurate dataset of nearly 40 million households and more than 60 million devices across the U.S.

VideoAmp has seen the adoption for its measurement and currency solutions with 13 linear and streaming publishers on board, along with media holding companies and independent agencies and 75+ advertisers.
