Access Healthcare, a Dallas, TX-based company which specializes in revenue cycle management (RCM) and healthcare services, acquired Envera Health, a Richmond, Virginia-based patient engagement services provider.
The amount fo the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Access Healthcare will accelerate its revenue cycle solutions and broaden its service portfolio to include enhanced patient engagement capabilities. The acquisition combines Envera Health’s patient services and Access Healthcare’s advanced technology-enabled revenue cycle services capabilities to offer clients enhanced and flexible services to improve the overall patient experience and achieve market-leading revenue cycle outcomes.
