Aurora Payments Acquires VN Systems

Aurora Payments, a Las Vegas, NV- and Tempe, AZ-based payment technology company, acquired VN Systems, an Atlanta, GA-based merchant services provider.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

With a portfolio of approximately 1700 salons, the acquisition adds scale to the Aurora and NailSoft platforms and continue its growth into the health and beauty sector while expanding Aurora’s distribution channels and go-to-market capabilities.

Led by Garry O’Neil, Founder and CEO, VN Systems provides salon owners with gift cards, marketing services, payment processing and point-of-sale systems similar to NailSoft’s system.

Led by Brian Goudie, CEO, Aurora Payments is a payment technology company specializing in integrated solutions for small to medium sized businesses. It recently launched NailSoft, a salon management system that includes everything needed to provide self-serve scheduling for staff and clients.

VN Systems and NailSoft are both based in Atlanta.
