Data Masters Srl, a Bari, Italy-based startup that develops and markets online training programs and educational materials in the fields of data science, artificial intelligence and machine learning, raised €200k in funding.
Primo Ventures SGR Spa is participating through its Primo Digital, Primo Digital Parallel Italia and Primo Digital Parallel Sud Italia funds.
The company, which has raised €950k to date through financial instruments such as equity, debt and innovation calls, intends to use the funds to expand its team with qualified professionals and to intensify research and development activities for the creation of new training and technology products.
Founded in July 2022 and led by CEO Luigi Congedo, Data Masters offers a wide range of educational tracks and hands-on workshops designed to train future professionals. The programs, with their modular approach, provide continuous, hands-on and customized learning methods for individuals and companies.
The company also manages a community of professionals and enthusiasts in the field of Data Science and is developing a platform for talent profiling and matching with the needs of client companies: the Data Masters Brain. This platform collects and processes data on talent by creating customized pathways, studying their learning performance through detailed analysis of their skills, and then facilitating matching with the needs of partner companies. This measurement technology is enabling Data Master to further expand its service offerings and attract potential students who can then take advantage of the matching platform.
