Everise, a Plantation, Florida-based global healthcare services outsourcing company, received an investment from Warburg Pincus, who joined existing investor Brookfield.

The amount of the deal – subject to customary regulatory approvals and expected to close by the end of 2023 – was not disclosed. As part of the transaction, Everstone Group, the Singapore-headquartered private equity firm, will exit its investment in Everise. Warburg Pincus’ investment values the company at around $1 billion.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth through business expansion and M&A.

Founded 2016 by Sudhir Agarwal, CEO, Everise provides customer service solutions which combine technology with compassionate service for healthcare, transport, logistics, insurance, financial services, and tech businesses. Its services have fluent proficiency in 32 languages, enabling businesses to scale globally while achieving top customer satisfaction. With over 19,000 agents operating across eight strategic markets globally, Everise is one of the fastest-growing businesses in the healthcare services outsourcing space.
