Ignition Raises $8M in Seed Funding

-

Ignition, a San Francisco, CA-based AI-driven collaboration software for go-to-market teams, raised $8M in Seed funding.

The seed round, led by Audacious Ventures, included a pre-seed round led by Altman Capital. Angel investors in Ignition include product, marketing, CEOs, and other c-suite executives from Airbnb, Opendoor, Uber, Instacart, Rippling, Webflow, and Amplitude.

The company intends to use the funds to build its business team and hire GTM roles, and invest in continuing to advance its AI.

Led by Derek Osgood, Ignition is a GTM operations platform that aligns product, marketing, and sales teams, driving go-to-market for new initiatives. It unifies the entire launch lifecycle in a single hub – from pre-launch research, to roadmapping, to GTM planning and internal orchestration, to post-launch measurement.

By combining AI and workflow technologies, Ignition also helps automate work at every step, to create repeatable, insight-driven processes. It allows users to track competitive intelligence, identify product opportunities from sales data, build launch plans, generate on-brand marketing collateral, and answer enablement questions from teammates.

Today, there are over 2,500 active users at companies like Square, Uberflip, and MRI Software.
