Jam & Tea Studios, a Los Angeles, CA-based remote-first game studio, raised $3.15M in Seed funding.
The round was led by London Venture Partners, with participation from Sisu Game Ventures and 1Up Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.
Led by J Aaron Farr, M Yichao, and T Carl Kwoh, Jam & Tea Studios is a remote-first game studio focused on building multiplayer games which leverages technological innovations in AI to create new experiences. Its flagship game, still in development and unnamed, “takes players on a journey to worlds both new and familiar, where they are free to explore and push the boundaries of what is possible, and where their actions directly change the course of the story.“
