Fyma, a Tallinn, Estonia-based real time occupancy & mobility data + insights platform provider, raised $2.1m in funding.
The round was led by Quadri Ventures with participation from Second Century Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its business reach and development efforts.
Led by Karen Burns, CEO, and Taavi Tammiste, CTO, Fyma helps maximize commercial real estate value generation through occupancy and human activity analytics. The company, which uses AI and computer vision and hold a patent for the technology in the US, with EU one in the works, partner with CRE developers, owners and asset managers in the Nordics, the UK and the US. Fyma works with existing hardware, delivering more data, value and insights with fast integration.
The company serves clients worldwide, including QuadReal, Grosvenor Estates, and Technopolis.
