Performativ, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based wealth management technology company, raised €5.5M in Seed funding.
The round was led by FinTech Collective and saw participation from all previous investors.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.
Led by Albert Fox, CEO, and CTO Peter Barry, Performativ offers a comprehensive solution that streamlines operations across the front, middle, and back offices of wealth managers, connecting all stakeholders with ease and efficiency.
The company is already helping to manage more than €20 billion in assets, including accounts custodied across various tax regimes, with a diverse portfolio spanning a wide list, including listed equities, private equity, real estate, and infrastructure assets, and spanning five countries.
