Resources Connection (Nasdaq: RGP), an Irvine, CA-based consulting firm, acquired CloudGo Pte Ltd., a Singapore-based consulting firm and Elite ServiceNow partner.

It provides digital workflows to allow customers to modernize legacy applications and processes while delivering experiences for customers and teams. CloudGo is a certified Elite ServiceNow partners worldwide. Its nearly 80 employees currently serve the Singapore and Australia markets, with a delivery center in India.
