Zuper, a Seattle, WA-based provider of solutions to scale and modernize fast-growing businesses with field operations, closed a $32M Series B funding.

The round was led by FUSE and participation from Prime Ventures and other existing partners. The Series B investment brings the total raised to $46.1M.

The company intends to use the funds to expand its footprint to service businesses globally.

Led by CEO Anand Subbaraj, Zuper empowers fast-growing service businesses to scale and optimize their field operations with a field service management solution that integrates with apps and CRMs and comes with personalized support, as well as reporting and analytics tools. Users globally use its automated workflows to enable field workforce collaboration and deliver their customers the best possible experience. The company is expanding upmarket and serving both the mid-market and the larger customers across multiple industries like Manufacturing, Renewable Energy, Facility and Property Maintenance and Residential Services. Zuper has grown its headcount by 3X in 2023 and plans to continue hiring aggressively in 2024. The company has office in India and the Middle East.
