Zeotap, a Berlin, Germany-based enterprise customer data solutions provider, received an investment from Jens Schulte-Bockum, former CEO of Vodafone Germany.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

Mr. Schulte-Bockum is currently Group COO at MTN Group in Johannesburg. He will play a pivotal role in accelerating Zeotap’s enterprise CDP market growth and reinforcing its position as a leader in the telecom sector.

Led by Daniel Heer, CEO and founder, Zeotap provides a customer data platform that allows brands to deliver personalised omni-channel customer experiences while ensuring compliance. The system has been designed for comprehensive 360 customer identity, rapid deployment, low-latency real-time performance, and out-of-the-box connectivity, in a privacy-first world.

Zeotap works with brands including Virgin Media O2, Sky, REWE, and Audi.
