Patchworks Raises £1.75M in Follow-On Funding

Patchworks, a London, UK-based software company helping e-commerce businesses automate and manage data flows across IT systems, raised £1.75M in follow-on funding, in the form of a convertible loan note.

The round, which brought the total amount to £10.5M, saw participation from Gresham House Ventures.

The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.

Led by CEO Jim Herbert, Patchworks provides software that connects key e-commerce systems including shopfront, ERP, CRM and warehouse management, enabling businesses to streamline the integration of their technology stack. Founded in 2014, the company now boasts more than 200 dynamic e-commerce customers – including Huel, Gymshark, Lounge Underwear, Castore, Cox & Cox and Simba Sleep.
