Sovos, an Atlanta, GA-based compliance technology solutions and services provider, acquired Aatrix Software, a North Dakota-based company which specializes in payroll tax forms.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
This acquisition brings together two companies with experience and expertise in helping small and medium-sized businesses navigate the complexity of tax and regulatory compliance.
