Through this acquisition, Welcome to the Jungle will expand its experience across Europe and the USA and deliver enhanced offering to its clients and candidates.
Co-founded by Sam Franklin, Theo Margolius and Xav Kearney, Otta provides matching technology that pairs its 1.7M users with relevant roles based on personal preferences, skill sets and values. By adding insights to each job – diversity, salary, unbiased reviews and ‘Otta’s Take’ on the industry — candidates have information they need to find a fulfilling role. Its lists jobs in the US, UK and Europe as well as remote opportunities.
Led by CEO Jérémy Clédat, Welcome to the Jungle offers companies innovative solutions to grow their employer brand and boost attractiveness. Its platform lets job-seekers explore the working world and find opportunities. The company has over 5,500 customers and over 3 million monthly visitors on the platform.
