BreachBits, a Washington, DC-based cybersecurity startup, raised an undisclosed amount in Seed funding.
The round was led by Blu Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate adoption of its solution, grow the sales and customer success teams, add platform integrations and enhance solutions for cyber insurance carriers.
Co-founded by John Lundgren and J. Foster Davis, BreachBits provides the BreachRisk™ platform, which provides accurate and verifiable cyber risk ratings and insights, regardless of size or budget of a given organization. Empowered by automated penetration testing as a service (PTaaS) technology, businesses can monitor their threats and share results to satisfy compliance or penetration testing requirements. Enterprises can monitor verifiable risks across their subsidiaries, business units and vendors in one solution.
