Carpl, a San Francisco, CA-based radiology tech startup, raised $6M in funding.

The round was led by Stellaris Venture Partners with participation from angels from Novo Holdings, Leapfrog PE, Bain & Co., Boston Consulting Group, United HealthGroup and others.

The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and continue building its tech stack.

Founded in 2021 by Dr. Vidur Mahajan, CARPL.ai is a vendor-neutral Artificial Intelligence (AI) platform that allows radiologists to access, assess, and integrate radiology AI solutions in their clinical practice. The company provides a single user interface, a single data channel, and a single procurement channel for the testing, deployment, and monitoring of AI solutions in clinical radiology workflows. It is a large radiology AI marketplace offering 100+ applications from 45+ AI vendors.

CARPL is used by the Singapore government, University Hospitals in Cleveland, Massachusetts General Hospital, Radiology Partners, University Hospitals, I-MED Radiology, Albert Einstein Hospital and Clinton Health Access Initiative.
