RoleMapper Raises £2.1M in Funding

RoleMapper, an Exeter, UK-based AI-powered job management platform, raised £2.1m in funding.

The funding included a £1m equity investment from the British Business Bank’s South West Investment Fund (SWIF), via appointed fund manager The FSE Group, as well as Mercia Ventures, QantX, and existing private investors. 

The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and development efforts.

Led by Sara Hill, Founder and CEO, RoleMapper provides an AI-powered job description management platform that automates job description, job family and job architecture creation, review and governance. Its solutions include RoleCreate for dynamic and inclusive job description management, RoleArchitect for job architecture and RoleRecruit, job advert and interview assessment automation. 

Commenting on the news, Sara Hill said: “We are thrilled to have the South West Investment Fund and FSE on board as new partners, enabling us to further strengthen our product, unique AI models and build capacity for further roll-out.
