moveXM, a Frankfurt am Main, Germany-based customer experience management (CXM) SaaS company, announced the strategic acquisition of Feeddex BV and 5-Star Specialist BV, two Dutch SaaS companies specialized in customer and employee feedback and customer review software.
The amounts of the deals were not disclosed.
Founded in 2001, the Feeddex Group has built customer and employee research solutions enhancing satisfaction through advanced feedback management SaaS. Their offerings include a multilingual application backed by an in-house development team, serving a diverse national and international client base.
These acquisitions, backed by Pride Capital Partners, mark a significant milestone in moveXM ́s growth to cater to the demand for CXM solutions across the European market.
Feeddex BV and its sister company 5-Star Specialist BV (formerly 5-sterrenspecialist) bring to moveXM a portfolio of feedback and reputation management tools designed to elevate customer and employee experiences across strategic, operational, and tactical levels. The merger expands product and service offerings for the three entities, enabling the new group to cater to a broader range of customer segments and needs, thereby accelerating the joint growth plans. It also opens opportunities for mid-term synergies in administrative and corporate structures, with long-term benefits expected in product development and market positioning.
Led by CEO Holger von Seherr-Thoß, moveXM provides a Customer Experience Management (CXM) software platform that enables companies to measure, analyze and improve customer experience along the entire customer journey. The company, founded in 1995, has approx. 70 employees.
