The acquisition enables Commvault to solve cyber resilience challenges facing enterprises today – rapidly rebuilding cloud applications after an outage or attack.

Led by Govind Rangasamy, Founder and CEO, Appranix provides a cloud-native cyber resilience platform to ease cyber recovery and business continuity. Their technology allows businesses to protect, recover, and manage cloud applications and data against modern cyber threats.

The Appranix team will join Commvault imminently and the integration of Appranix’s technology into Commvault’s portfolio is expected to be completed by this summer. In the meantime, customers can leverage Appranix for their cloud application discovery and rebuild requirements, via the AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure marketplaces.
