Spendesk, a Paris, France-based spend management platform, announced its acquisition of French procurement company Okko.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
By integrating the technology and resources of Okko, Spendesk will improve its solution to fully integrate procurement and spend management for mid-sized businesses.
Co-founded by Julien Chriqui (CEO) and Robin Brissaud (CTO), Okko is a SaaS that helps companies orchestrate their procurement process and simplify vendor onboarding. From the initial need to the final purchase order, Okko’s approach provides the complete workflow including capabilities like vendor management, collaborative purchase requests and contract renewal management.
