SpinEM Robotics Raises €10M in Series A2 Funding

-

SpinEM Robotics, a Saint-Martin d’Hères, France-based deep tech startup specializing in navigation solutions for robotic spinal surgery, closed a Series A2 funding round, securing a €10M ($11M) strategic investment from Spineart.

This strategic investment consolidate SpinEM Robotics’ position in the market.

Founded in 2021 as a spin-off from Haventure Medtech Startup Studio and led by CEO Stephane Morvan, SpinEM Robotics is a tech startup specializing in novel surgical robotics and navigation solutions for spine surgery. It is developing a next generation tracking solution for robotic spinal surgery. The tracking system does not suffer from line of sight issues and is compact enough to be attached to individual anatomical segments (vertebrae, ilium or sacrum), which inherently protects it from accidental nudges and increases system accuracy.
