Uniqus Consultech, a San Jose, Calif.-based tech-enabled global platform that offers ESG and Accounting & Reporting Consulting, raised $10m in Series B funding.
The round was led by Nexus Ventures with participation from Sorin Investments.
The company intends to use the funds for the next phase of growth, which will be accelerated by scaling-up existing solutions, launching adjacent service offerings and in geographical markets, and continuing investments in technology.
Co-founded by consulting veterans Jamil Khatri and Sandip Khetan, Uniqus Consultech is a global tech-enabled consulting company that specializes in ESG and Accounting & Reporting Consulting.
With operations in the US, India, and the Middle East, the company is committed to leveraging technology and an integrated global delivery model to provide consulting services that drive measurable results and create long-term value for its clients.
In just over a year of launch, Uniqus has scaled up with offices in eight cities across the US, India, and the Middle East with over 350 professionals led by 40 Partners and Directors, serving more than 150 clients.
