Dwellfi, a Palo Alto, CA-based company which specializes in AI, blockchain, and tokenization solutions for private funds and fund administrators, has raised $3M in Seed funding to date.
The round was led by E1 Ventures, Stanford Blockchain, Hustle Fund, Blockchain Coinvestors, and Fortified Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and development efforts.
Led by CEO Kumar Ujjwal, and CTO Deepak Sheoran, DwellFi offers asset management with AI, blockchain, and tokenization technologies. Its SOC-2 certified SaaS platform caters to enterprise clients who administer or manage private funds, adapting to the needs of the market.
The platform is gaining market traction with enterprise Asset Management industry participants and has over $200B+ in assets under administration (AUA).
