FileCloud, an Austin, TX-based company which specializes in content governance and collaboration for unstructured data, acquired Signority, a Kanata, ON, Canada-based provider of an e-Signature and document workflow platform.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, FileCloud will establish its presence in Canada expanding its global presence.
Led by CEO Jane He, Signority streamlines e-Signature process automation and reduces document management costs, enabling customers to streamline online document signing, deal closure, and unified document management, and focus on their business.
Led by CEO Ray Downes, FileCloud provides content governance and collaboration solutions for unstructured data, helping Global 1000 enterprises, educational institutions, government organizations, and service providers solve complex challenges in enterprise file sharing, privacy, compliance automation and governance across public, private and hybrid cloud environments.
