Maven AGI Raises $20M in Series A Funding

Maven AGI, a Boston, MA-based AI customer support startup, raised $20M in Series A funding.

The round was led by M13 and participation from Lux Capital, E14 Fund (part of MIT), and executives from OpenAI, Google, HubSpot, and Stripe.

The company, which has raised $28M in total funding to date, intends to use the funds to expand operations and its development efforts, as well as its business reach.

Led by Jonathan Corbin, CEO, Sami Shalabi, CTO, and Eugene Mann, CPO, Maven AGI is an AI startup enabling enterprises to incorporate Generative AI into their customer support, without losing the human element. Using its native Gen AI platform, AI Agents, and in-house technology, Maven AGI says it autonomously resolves over 93% of customer inquiries, cutting support costs by 81%  while enhancing the overall customer experience. 

Companies like Tripadvisor, Hubspot, Clickup, Rho and others are using Maven’s AI Agents to deliver a better customer experience on over 1 million customer interactions in over 50 languages with fantastic results.
