TadHealth, a Newport Beach, CA-based provider of a mental health platform, raised $1.6M in funding.
The round was led by Halcyon Venture Partners, with participation from USC Viterbi School of Engineering Venture Fund, Halcyon Angels, and RevFund.
The company intends to use the funds to extend its market presence and enhance its product capabilities, especially for K-12 clients utilizing Medicaid reimbursement funding.
Led by Ben Greiner, Founder and CEO, TadHealth is a mental health platform for K-12, Higher-Ed, and Government to increase access to resources while simplifying delivery, tracking, and management.
Commenting on the news, Ben Greiner said: “It’s crucial to bring better resources to people in their daily lives. Students today face political unrest, climate change, social media issues, and more. Our educator-friendly software lets counselors spend less time on paperwork and more time with students. Students and families can get better support and individualized resources at their fingertips provided by their school community.”
