Alpen High Performance Products, a Louisville CO-based manufacturer of high-performance window and door technologies, raised $18M in funding.
The round consisted of $5.9M grant from the Department of Energy (DOE) that was awarded as part of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and Inflation Recovery Act (BIL/IRA). The DOE grant catalyzed an additional $12.1M of private capital.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.
Led by CEO Andrew Zech, Alpen designs windows, doors and architectural glass. It specializes in leveraging advanced materials and innovative design to ensure performance for both commercial and residential applications.
