Care Hires, a London, UK-based provider of a tech platform transforming agency workforce management in social care, raised £1.7M in funding.

The round was led by West Hill Capital.

The company intends to use the funds to enhance and expand its AI-driven services.

Led by Suleman Sacranie and Nizam Bata, CO-CEOs, Haveloch-Jones, Chief Operating Officer, and Tharaka De Alwis, CTO, Care Hires provides social care providers and agencies with a platform that offers care providers a comprehensive suite of AI-enhanced tools, including real-time analytics, compliance tracking, and workforce optimisation algorithms, to manage their agency workforce efficiently. Designed to connect care providers with agencies, the platform optimises operations for both providers and agencies resulting in increased efficiency, cost savings, and a fully-compliant workforce.

The company, now with over 19,000 workers and partnering with more than 1,000 agencies, has processed over 2 million hours of care and saved care providers over £18.7M in 2023.
