CereTax, an Atlanta, GA-based provider of a sales tax solution, raised $9M in funding.
The round was led by S3 Ventures, with participation from Wild Basin Investments and Leaders Fund.
The company intends to use the funds to further invest in product innovation and supporting customers and partners.
Led by CEO Mike Sanders, CereTax is a provider of a sales tax automation solution that leverages advancements in cloud technology with a relationship-first team of indirect tax experts to empower how a sales tax calculation platform operates. It processes millions of transactions per month for enterprises, enabling companies to do business reliably and in compliance.
This year, CereTax’s revenue has more than tripled year-over-year while enabling 20+ channel partners.
The company also announced the addition of Robert Alvarez to the board of directors.
