Cvent, a Tyson, VA-based meetings, events, and hospitality technology provider, acquired Reposite, a NYC-based AI-powered online vendor and supplier sourcing platform.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Cvent will further enhance its vendor and supplier sourcing offerings, enabling event professionals and third-party planners with:
- Broadened supplier discovery and coordination
- AI-powered supplier and vendor matching
- Streamlined end-to-end group and event planning
