Fispoke, an Arlington, TX-based WealthTech company, received an investment from First Rate Ventures.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed. First Rate Ventures, the WealthTech corporate venture capital fund, provided guidance and is the lead investor in this initial funding round.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and development efforts.
Led by Founder and CEO Robert Clare, Fispoke is dedicated to providing financial advisors and their clients with financial solutions. Its technology platform allows financial advisors to integrate wealth management and banking services.
