Hometainment, a London, UK-based home and office entertainment and hospitality provider, acquired Nomad Chefs, a London, UK-based provider of an online booking platform.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Hometainment will further enhance its development efforts and expand its offerings. The company is planning a funding round in Q4 2024 – Q1 2025 to facilitate international expansion, technological enhancements and marketing investments.
Founded by Joseph Kelly, Nomad Chefs offers an online booking platform connecting people with private chefs available for private dining experiences.
Led by Antoine Melon, Hometainment offers an extensive array of services, including private chefs, bartenders, musicians, DJs, wellness practitioners, entertainers, and masterclasses. The company has served over 15,000 guests in over two years.
