The round was led by the Westly Group, with participation from Norwest Venture Partners and Pear VC.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its progress to scale its training platform.
Founded in 2019 by Andrew Powell and Sasha Seymore, Learn to Win offers a software platform that utilizes data analytics and AI to personalize and optimize learning effectiveness, empowering success for its customers.
The company serves over 75 enterprise customers across the U.S. military, life sciences, manufacturing, supply chain, and professional sports industries, including the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Air Force, Novartis, AbbVie, and sports teams such as the Los Angeles Rams and the University of Michigan football team.
