LunchTable, formerly Inphlu, a Cincinnati, OH-based provider of a brand amplification platform, raised $2.4M in funding.
The round was led by JumpStart Ventures, with participation from Cintrifuse Capital, Black Tech Nation Ventures, South Loop Ventures, Ohio Gateway Tech Fund, Kobol Fund and angel investors.
The company intends to use the funds to expand the sales and marketing team, refine the platform, and build its customer support infrastructure.
Founded by Joshua Reid, LunchTable provides a fan activation platform that empowers sports teams to create an online community of passionate fans. Through gamification, exclusive content, and two-way interaction, it turns casual fans into social media advocates, driving engagement, brand awareness, and data insights for teams and commercial brands.
