NeuroFlow, a Philadelphia, PA-based provider of behavioral health technology infrastructure, acquired Owl, a Portland, OR-based measurement-based care technology company.

With the acquisition, NeuroFlow will add a suite of solutions that extends the delivery of feedback-informed care across healthcare settings to become a market leader in behavioral health measurement and engagement.
Led by CEO Eric Meier, who will serve as NeuroFlow’s President of Behavioral Health Markets, Owl is a comprehensive behavioral health solution that helps organizations deliver quality care and improve patient outcomes. Through its measurement-based care platform, it empowers healthcare providers with accurate data and insightful analytics to enhance their treatment strategies.
