ProMark, a Kongens Lyngby, Denmark-based provider for workforce management software, received an investment from Fortino Capital.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds to further accelerate growth and expand internationally.
Led by CEO Torkel Olrik, ProMark helps mid-sized to enterprise companies increase productivity and profitability whilst optimizing employee engagement, by offering advanced functionality for time and attendance reporting, absence and task management as well as scheduling. To meet the diverse needs of its customers, it is able to integrate over 50 systems for payroll and HR, ERP or cloud services. The access and analytics ensure an enhanced customer experience.
The company has 400 customers across 20+ countries, with more than 300,000 users utilizing the software every day. It also has 85+ employees with subsidiaries in Sweden, Norway, UK, and Romania.
