Resource Innovations, a San Francisco, CA-based tech-enabled services company focused on energy efficiency and sustainability, acquired Cadeo, a Portland, OR-based clean energy consulting firm.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, RI will expand its offerings.
Led by CEO Harrison Grubbs, Cadeo provides consulting services in energy efficiency, electrification, and distributed energy resources for decarbonization efforts. The company brings a proven track record of long-term industry relationships alongside substantial codes and standards, market transformation, emerging technology, and broader research and analytics capabilities to RI.
Led by CEO Lauren Casentini, Resource Innovations is a clean energy company, serving as a used partner to utilities and governments in energy efficiency and decarbonization planning.
Following the acquisition, Cadeo personnel will integrate within Resource Innovations and expand the company’s footprint across the U.S.
