Riskonnect Acquires Camms

Riskonnect, an Atlanta, GA-based company which specializes in integrated risk management (IRM) solutions, acquired Camms, a Melbourne, Australia-based provider of enterprise cloud-based software for governance, risk, and compliance (GRC).

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

The acquisition will enhance Riskonnect’s global presence, with a particular focus on expanding its presence across Australia, New Zealand, and the broader Asia Pacific region.

Led by Adam Collins, CEO, Camms provides business software that helps businesses make the right decisions, manage risks, align the talents of the organization, and focus on what matters. They have users across five continents, with offices in the UK, North America, Australia, and Asia.
