Showdme Receives $3M Financing from CIBC Innovation Banking

Showdme, a NYC-based provider of innovative employee training and engagement software solutions, received $3M in financing from CIBC Innovation Banking.

The company intends to use the funds to support its continued expansion and product development, and enhance its ability to deliver employee training.

Founded in 2014 by CEO Avi Singer, Showdme provides a platform that empowers homecare and nursing agencies to improve employee onboarding, compliance training, and professional development at scale.  Its managed compliance training allows employers to save time and reduce costs while providing an online training experience that integrates industry bodies to prove compliance certification and provide a system of record.

Working with more than 500 organizations across the US, Showdme has five customer bases: home health and home care, long-term care and senior living, hospice, behavioral health and disability services, and non-healthcare. The company recently completed its Series A funding round, led by Spring Mountain Capital and Blue Heron Capital.
