Stafl Systems, a San Francisco, CA-based lithium-ion battery technology company, received an investment from WindSail.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds to continue its growth and increase its production capabilities to serve its customers.
Led by CEO and President Erik Stafl, Stafl Systems is a provider of lithium-ion battery packs, battery management systems, electric powertrains and telematics solutions for the aviation, defense, marine and off-highway vehicle industries.
The company is employing 60 people in two offices in South San Francisco, California.
