Topicflow Raises CAD$2.5M in Funding

TopicFlow, a Vancouver, BC, Canada-based startup that develops an AI-powered performance management platform, raised CAD$2.5M in funding.

The round was led by Founders’ Co-Op with participation from Ascend. 

The company intends to use the funds to for hiring in engineering, data science, design, and customer success to scale the onboarding of new customers.

Led by Amin Palizban, Tony Angerilli, and Maxime Parmentier, Topicflow enables organizations to drive performance and achieve better business results. Its AI capabilities analyze meeting transcripts, goals, KPIs, and work activities from other systems to nudge managers to set performance expectations, address performance risks before it’s too late, coach employees in the flow of work, and automatically gather peer feedback when work is completed. The product integrates with HRIS systems, communication tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams, and work management tools like Jira, Asana, and Salesforce.
