unitQ, a Burlingame, CA-based provider of an AI-powered customer feedback platform, received an investment from Zendesk Ventures. Zendesk’s global venture fund.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its development efforts.
Led by CEO Christian Wiklund, unitQ helps product builders, engineers, supports leaders and team members understand feedback in real time to build products, fix bugs and resolve support issues at scale. With its customer feedback platform, clients can discover quality issues, know what product launches, releases or evergreen features are causing the most bugs or support tickets, or drill into the root causes of these issues by source, platform, device, customer segment and more.
