Valuebase Raises $6.3M in Seed Funding

Valuebase, an Austin, TX-based provider of data-driven property valuations, raised $6.3M in Seed funding.

The round was led by Narya Capital. Additional investors included Sam Altman, Nat Friedman, Mythos Ventures and Julian Weisser. Colin Greenspon, Co-Founder & Managing Partner at Narya, has joined Valuebase’s board, as part of the financing.

The company intends to use the funds to further expand its product offerings, enhance its technology infrastructure, and accelerate its expansion efforts.

Led by CEO Will Jarvis, Valuebase offers a proprietary technology platform that leverages machine learning and artificial intelligence to help government assessment and revenue agencies simultaneously optimize their revenue collection and equity/fairness metrics. Its solutions have already been adopted by local governments across several states, including Texas, Florida, and Virginia.
