WorkL, a London, UK-based company that helps businesses improve the happiness and engagement of their teams, raised £2M in Series A funding.
Calculus Capital made the investment.
The company intends to use the funds to to expand its international offering.

Everyday, thousands of personalised resources and jobs are added so users can find the right job in the best organisation and build their network and knowledge to have a happier time at work.
WorkL now helps over 1,000 businesses globally improve the happiness and engagement of their teams.
The free Workl Happy at Work Test, which helps people determine how happy they are in their current job, was developed by behavioural scientists, data analysts, psychologists, business leaders, academics and other independent parties, to accurately monitor employee engagement and wellbeing in the workplace.
WorkL currently operates in the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and the USA.
